How to sign up for TakeUp?
You can sign up for TakeUp by reaching us to sales@takeup.ai, by booking a demo with us or by simply requesting the integration on your Cloudbeds marketplace.
How to connect TakeUp with Cloudbeds for the first time?
Step 1: Login to your property’s Cloudbeds account
Step 2: Navigate to the Cloudbeds Marketplace (Account -> Apps & Marketplace)
Step 3: Search for TakeUp
Step 4: Connect & authorize TakeUp to access your property’s Cloudbeds data. At a minimum, TakeUp needs read access on Roomblock, Allotment block, Hotel, Reservation, and Room; as well as read & write access on Rate.
In addition to the above, connecting with TakeUp includes white-glove onboarding with a dedicated TakeUp Revenue Strategist.
Specific functionality
TakeUp is seamlessly integrated with Cloudbeds through a 2-way connectivity. With our Cloudbeds integration, you have access to all our advanced functionalities:
- Your PMS is automatically updated with optimized rates 365 days out
- You can partner with our AI in the moment, using tools like Rate Nudge to let you make quick adjustments without overriding the strategy
Limitations of the TakeUp integration
TakeUp does not currently manage or recommend length of stay restrictions. Any LOS-related controls must be configured and maintained directly within the Cloudbeds platform.
How to disconnect the apps?
You can disconnect TakeUp directly in the Cloudbeds marketplace, and TakeUp will stop collecting data and sending rates.
Alternatively, you can email your dedicated Revenue Strategist to disconnect.
