Enable Cloudbeds Search Data for TakeUp
TakeUp now supports Cloudbeds search data, which gives earlier insight into guest demand by capturing booking-engine search behavior (not just completed reservations).
Note: This feature is optional and currently available in beta.
Who should enable this?
Cloudbeds customers who:

Use the Cloudbeds Booking Engine
- Are comfortable enabling a small, non-disruptive customization
No workflow changes are required once enabled.
How to enable Cloudbeds search data

Log into Cloudbeds

Navigate to Account → Settings → Booking Engine

Select the Customize tab

Scroll to Embed Custom Code

Paste the JavaScript snippet below into the JavaScript field

Click Save
Once saved, TakeUp will begin receiving search-level signals automatically.
Note: You will not see historical search data, only data going forward.

Paste the following snippet exactly as shown into the JavaScript field in Cloudbeds:

Tip: Make sure the snippet is pasted into the JavaScript field (not HTML or CSS), and that you click Save after adding it.
